// hello //
With 14 years of experience in CRE brokerage and asset management, Matt has built his career analyzing markets, evaluating investments, and guiding transactions across a wide range of property types—from single-family homes and multifamily properties (2–200+ units) to triple-net retail assets and downtown LA office towers.
Over the course of his career, Matt has been involved in more than $300 million in RE transactions, earning a reputation as a dealmaker who views negotiation as both a discipline and an art.
Originally from the sunny hills of SoCal, Matt grew up in Riverside—where his dad was a KC-135 pilot stationed at March AFB—and learned to surf along the beaches of OC. He later attended the University of Oregon’s School of Architecture, where he developed a love for design, space, and communication.
A role with the renowned design firm LRM brought him back to LA in 2011. Today, Matt lives in the South Bay, enjoying the ocean breeze and blue-water views.
While many residential decisions are driven by emotion and feel, Matt brings a distinct lens to the art of deal-making (& house hunting). By combining his instinct for value with an architectural perspective and a nuanced understanding of LAs’ eclectic RE market, he helps buyers and sellers recognize the intrinsic value of each property—guiding decisions that maximize both lifestyle and long-term value.
